CARROT CAKE

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs, unbeaten
3 c. carrots, shredded
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. walnuts
Sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs and oil and mix in mixer. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. --FROSTING:--
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
