CHEESE CAKE

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites, beaten
Mash the cheese; mix in sugar, butter, flour and egg yolks. Add milk, beaten egg white and vanilla. --CRUST:--
Crush 24 graham crackers. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter, 6 tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix well. Put 1/2 of the mixture in bottom of 8 1/2 x 9 inch pan. Put in cheese mixture and cover with the rest of the crackers mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. For best results, when cake is cooling, turn it upside down and place on a dish.
