2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. skim milk
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. margarine softened
1 (8 oz.) carton egg beaters
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 can cherry pie filling
With mixer combine first 9 ingredients until blended. Beat at high speed 3
minutes. Spread in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Cool. Cut into 16 pieces and top with
cherry pie filling (and whipped topping if desired).
