SHERRY PRUNE CAKE

1 c. oil
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooked prunes, cooled & chopped
1 tsp. each: salt, baking powder,
baking soda, nutmeg, cloves,
allspice, cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
Combine sherry and milk. Add oil and eggs and mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake in a tube or bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until it tests done.
