FRESH STRAWBERRY CAKE

Strawberry cake mix
1 sm. box strawberry gelatin
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
1 c. fresh or frozen chopped up
strawberries
--ICING:--
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. strawberries
1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
1 c. sugar
3 layers or 1 lg. sheet cake
Mix all ingredients for cake. Put in 3 (8 inch) pans or pour into large sheet
cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool cakes in pan.
Mix all of icing ingredients in large bowl by hand at room temperature. Spread
on cool cake on top only. Refrigerate overnight.
