3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. nuts
2 c. chopped bananas
Combine dry ingredients in bowl, add eggs and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat; stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas. Spoon into 3 (9 inch) cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. --ICING:--
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. butter
2 boxes confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together and frost cake.
Good flavor cake and interesting cake so that can be know that how to make and enjoy it in this cake. This is very nice and good flavor that can be enjoy it in this flavor.
