MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

--CAKE:--
1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
--FROSTING:--
1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with
juice
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Mix all cake ingredients together for 2 minutes. Bake according to box
directions. Cool cake. Mix all frosting ingredients together and frost cake.
