BUTTER PECAN POUND CAKE
1 Betty Crock butter pecan cake mix
1 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. hot water
Mix all together. Beat 2 minutes. Bake in well-greased or sprayed bundt pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
This butter cake is perfect to eat on its own or with the butter cream icing. You can also this recipe for cupcakes. If you are baking cupcakes, be sure that the batter is filled half in the cupcake liner and is baked at 20 minutes.
