PPLE CAKE

1 c. chopped walnuts
4 - 5 apples, peeled and diced
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, well-beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Mix Crisco oil, sugar, eggs. Add dry ingredients. Add walnuts and apples. Bake at 325 degrees for 70 minutes in tube pan.

    Cake makes any function start so choosing a cake is a tough task. Well that's a good recipe to be chosen.
