BANANA CAKE

1 1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all dry ingredients in a 9 inch square pan with a fork. Add and stir in: 1
c. mashed bananas
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, cool. --LEMON
FROSTING:--
1/3 c. soft oleo
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Blend. Ashby

    Banana cake so nice and more interesting cake so that can be enjoy it in this cake. This is a good flavor and mostly are very like it.

    Banana so very good flavor and more fantastic cake so that can be enjoy it in this flavor. This is very nice and enjoyable flavor. Mostly people are very like it and enjoy it in this flavor.
